With my family’s recent diet restrictions I have found that smoothies are an easy go-to that I can make to accommodate all allergy issues.Smoothies are a great way to hide veggies if you have anyone in your family that is a picky eater. I love to pack mine with fresh spinach and kale and rice protein and the kiddos don’t even notice.
